Yes. Vet students get free access through December 1 of their graduation year — through clinics and about six months into practice — with no credit card. That includes unlimited Dictation and up to 40 analyses and follow-up questions every 30 days.
Current DVM students at the participating AVMA-accredited schools listed on this page. Sign up with your school email address; verifying it is how we confirm you're a student. Faculty and staff at those schools get 12 months of free access to evaluate VetDiff.
Nothing changes right away — your free access continues until December 1 of your graduation year. After that you can keep going at $39.99/month for your first 12 months (normally $93/month), applied automatically at checkout. Your cases and notes stay saved either way.
Follow your school's and teaching hospital's policies on patient information — some programs restrict entering case details into outside tools. Never enter client-identifying information such as owner names, addresses, or phone numbers. VetDiff supports your clinical reasoning; decisions stay with you and your supervising clinicians.
Your cases are visible only within your own account. Diagnoses confirmed from student accounts are kept out of the shared, anonymized outcome pool that informs differentials for practicing veterinarians. See the Data & Privacy FAQ for exactly what's collected and who processes it.
